If left open they will stack. We ship with the tops closed for space and easier stacking so they stay straight.
Once the parts are molded, the press operator looks over each part, makes sure all hinges are fully filled and the part has zero defects. Once approved, they sit on a table with fans to ensure they are 100% cooled down and the plastic is fully hardened before carefully stacking and filling boxes with our parts.
